On behalf of the new Board, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our outgoing Board members Grant Edmundson, Ron van Til, David Stewart, Naomi Woodham and David Buckley, and to Acting Secretary, Lynda Brice, for their many years of dedication to the Trust.

Together, this group gave over 50 years of service to Compass FM - time, energy, and commitment that helped shape the station and the Trust into what they are today. That kind of long-term dedication doesn't happen by accident; it comes from truly caring about this station, its community, and its future.

We are deeply grateful for everything they have given, and we wish each of them all the very best in what comes next.

We look forward to working alongside Station Manager - Stephanie McDonald, Operations Manager - Kerry Treymane, and all of our amazing volunteers to bring a bold new direction to Compass FM, collaborating with local businesses and the wider community to help the station grow and thrive.
